La Asociación Civil Centro Amuchen, fundada el 12 de junio de 2004, brindan talleres (equinoterapia, musicoterapia, trabajo corporal, natación, pintura, computación, cocina y taller de jóvenes) a un promedio de cuarenta chicos con capacidades diferentes. Cada uno de estos espacios son coordinados por personas capacitadas para tal fin o bien que desarrollan actualmente una capacitación específica.

En 2008, el Concejo Deliberante de la ciudad de Villa Regina donó al Centro un terreno para la construcción de una sede propia. Con la ayuda CONADIS, Comisión Nacional de Discapacidad, se consiguió el 80% financiamiento de la construcción y equipamiento de la sede a través de un Convenio con Nación. La construcción comenzó en 2013 y para la culminación de la obra el Centro necesita la colaboración de otras entidades.

En julio de 2015, CEDA colaboró para la construcción de los baños, a través de la donación de dinero para la compra de grifería, iluminación, calefacción y pintura.

The Amuchen Center, founded on June 12, 2004, provide workshops (equine therapy, music therapy, swimming, art painting, computers, and cooking) to an average of forty children with disabilities. Each of these areas are coordinated by qualified professionals.  

In 2008 , the city council of the city of Villa Regina donated the land for the Center to build its own headquarters. With the help CONADIS, National Commission on Disability, 80 % of the financing for the construction and equipping was achieved with an agreement with the Argentine Federal Government. Construction began in 2013 but in other to reach the the completion of the project, the Center needs the cooperation of others.

In July 2015, CEDA collaborated for the construction of the restrooms, through the donation of money to buy appliances, lighting, heating equipment and painting.
