These terms and conditions of the sale constitute the entire agreement and understanding in relation to the sale and purchase of the Artwork for the price and total cost stated in the Buyer Receipt. No other terms expressed or implied shall apply.  

The Artist reserves all copyrights and moral rights that they hold in the Artwork under the United States and international law. Although the Buyer shall hold full legal title to the Artwork upon receipt, no reproductions or derivative works may be made of the Artwork by the Buyer without the prior express written consent of the Artist.

This sale is done through the Art Museum of the Americas (AMA) Artwork Shop of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS) via a website that is operated by CEDA Inc. (aka CEDA Washington). The AMA Artwork Shop is authorized to sell the Artwork on behalf of the Artist.

The copyright subsisting in all images and other materials produced for the sale of the Artwork is owned by the GS/OAS and such images and materials may only be used with the prior written permission of the GS/OAS.

All photographs, advertising and specifications provided by the GS/OAS on the AMA Artwork Shop are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an appropriate idea of the Work but do not purport to be an exact or complete reproduction.

The Buyer understands that the GS/OAS is a public international organization with privileges and immunities. Accordingly, nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale constitutes an express or implied waiver of the privileges and immunities of the Organization of American States (OAS), the GS/OAS, their personnel, and their assets, in accordance with the OAS Charter; the Headquarters Agreement between the Organization of American States and the Government of the United States of America, signed on May 14, 1992; other relevant agreements; any applicable national law; or the general principles and practices of international law.  

Statements as to the Artwork by the GS/OAS or on the AMA Artwork Shop constitute judgment and opinion only and are not warranted by the GS/OAS. The GS/OAS does not accept liability as a result of any changes in expert opinion as to the Artwork which may take place subsequent to the sale. Moreover, the GS/OAS, AMA, OAS, and CEDA Inc. (aka CEDA Washington) do not assume any responsibility over the Artwork or this sale. The Artist and Buyer shall handle any and all legal claims arising out of this transaction, without involving or seeking indemnity from the GS/OAS, AMA, OAS, or CEDA (aka CEDA Washington).

All sales are finals and no refunds will be processed.
